ORDERING INFORMATION
Shipping - Pre-Pay and Save
Pay online in full with your order and pay only 4% shipping and handling charge (normal charge is 6%). Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and foreign countries will be billed at actual shipping charges. A minimum shipping charge of $7.95 will apply.
Fast Delivery
Most schoolwear orders ship within 3-4 weeks after receipt or your complete order. Please allow additional time for student Class Name shirt designs. Please allow one extra week for Christmas delivery between November 10 and December 24. Rush service is available by calling customer service at 1-800-638-7070.
Free Sample Program
Our Free Sample Program was created to help you sell garments and aid your fundraising efforts. We offer one FREE Sample garment plus FREE take home order forms for every student and FREE promotional posters to every school in the USA including Puerto Rico and all DOD overseas schools.
To get your fundraising program started just click on "Get a Free Sample" on our home page, follow the instructions and in no time your FREE sample kit will be in your hands. You will also receive instructions on how to conduct a fundraising program and a Master Order Form to add up all your students' orders. This offer is limited to one free sample per school - per school year.
Combine Styles and Save
You can mix garment styles and colors to meet a combined minimum order of 24, if all garments are imprinted with the same imprint and the same ink color.
For example, you can order 12 red 50/50 T-shirts and 12 red Sweatshirts to meet the combined minimum requirements of 24 if they are all imprinted with the same size imprint and in the same ink color.
When mixing styles and colors, please order at least 12 garments of the same color and style. Orders changing imprint colors with meeting the minimum of each may be subject to a $15.00 screen cleaning charge.

One Color Imprints
All prices shown on this web site include your school's one color imprint .......FREE
Choose any design from the Design Center or send us your own, select the imprint color, order a minimum of 24 garments and our artists will email the design to you before printing.
Multi Color Imprints
For multi-color imprints you may choose any design or send us your own. A $1.00 charge will be added per garment. Minimum order for multi-color imprints is as follows:
2 to 3 color imprint - minimum order 48 garments
4 to 6 color imprint - minimum order 72 garments
Multi-Location Imprint
You may add an imprint to the back or sleeve of a shirt or print on both legs of your sweatpants. A $1.00 charge will be added per garment for each additional location.

Please note: Children size gym shorts are cut smaller across the hips and shorter in leg length than adult size shorts. Due to absorbency of fleece wear, it tends to shrink when dried in a hot dryer. We suggest you order one size larger than usual.
Less Than Minimums and Add-Ons
Once your orde has been entered into the work flow process of our plant it is difficult to add on to it. We suggest that you order a few extra garments in each size to accomodate last-minute requests, new students etc. With prior appraval by our customer service manager, a re-order for less than minimum quantities may be processed with a $30.00 set-up charge for one color imprints or $50.00 for multi-color set-ups.
